Afan Valley Adventure Resort is a multi-million pound resort in South Wales. Promising the ultimate adventure playground for a fitness lifestyle generation, the groundbreaking development offers adrenaline-fuelled activities that have proven popular with day-visitor destinations, but within a resort experience. Situated just 13 miles from Swansea and 28 miles from Cardiff, the resort is easily accessed by the M5 and M4, helping to fuel tourist demand: occupancy is forecast to rise from 65% in year 3 to 95% in year 10.

 

Afan Valley houses 500 bespoke lodges designed by Omar to deliver maximum comfort and quality. Across 485 acres of Welsh countryside, the resort features four different lodge styles, each representing the different themed zones - Alpine, Forest, Xtreme and Trails. Each classic lodge boasts contemporary fixtures and fittings, quality handmade furniture, double glazing and central heating.

 

Upon completion, investors will earn a 10% NET return per annum, with the lodges fully managed by the experienced team of Landal GreenParks (part of Wyndham Worldwide) to provide hands-off income. Two weeks' personal usage also allows them to enjoy the family-friendly entertainment, tree-top restaurants, and all the amenities of the high street.

 

Two and three-bed lodges are valued from £205,000, but investors can purchase with a cash input of just £82,000, by using their fixed rental income to defer over half of the full price. For the first three years, rental income will be used to service the deferred payment. From years 4 to 10, investors will earn an income of £6,442 per annum, including deductions for the deferred payment. After 10 years, investors also benefit from a guaranteed buyback at 125%, based on the full purchase price.

 

For a cash input of only £82,000, investors, therefore, earn a total return of £219,350 over 10 years - an ROI of 268%. Exchange contracts within 28 days of agreeing to purchase and buyers' legal costs will also be covered!
